Extended Holiday Return Policy
Buy your gifts and other items this holiday with the peace of mind of easy returns.Every purchase made throughout November and December can be returned through January 12, 2019. Purchases made between October 28 and December 28, 2018, have an extended return period through January 12, 2019,
We accept returns on merchandise within 15 days. Each return has to have RMA Number return merchandise authorization number) for us to be able to process your exchange or refund. All returns with our RMA number will be refused.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date you received your original package. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). If you do not send items in the condition that you received them, (ie. Bags and Tags) then items will be sent back to you. Return labels will be provided for exchanges ONLY. In order to receive a return label, email our customer service department at info@maysoutletcom

Please provide your invoice/order number in the email along with your reason for exchange.
Exchange return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
If there is any existing shipping label, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
Attach your new return label to the shipping box.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 10- business days after it is received) and then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
